So bare with me and let me know if I am not doing something I should be.
Yesterday in the mail we scored a copy of the yet to be released DVD of
Handy Manny Motorcycle Adventure.
The timing of this couldnt be better as today we are all home sick. So thought I would try this to help break up the day.
Well Mr Magoo watched the whole thing. Fair enough he was too sick to really move away but he didnt fall asleep so it held some interest for him.
The underlining story for me was that families are important and that families can be made up of many different people (or animals) and dont have to be a direct blood link.
The bit I did not like is that is is a movie yet on the dvd it is set up as two episopes. So you have to deal with the ending and starting credits in the middle of it. Which can be disrupting for children
So to be in the running to win a copy, (I only have one up for grabs)
leave a comment telling us who do you class as a part of your family even if they are not related

We class my sisters's husband's mum (confused yet?!) as part of our family, my 5 kids all call her Nanny E, she loves our kids as her own grandkids, and buys them birthday and christmas presents. She even has my eldest for a sleepover when her grandson (my nephew) goes over for a sleepover. We just love her to death!
Kirsty, gosh I wish my kids had a "Nanny E" in their lives. She sounds wonderful.
